and dices its way to the Valley’s intimate Celebrity Theatre set for 8 p.m.

on Saturday, January 12th. The renowned stand-up comedian, who

 became a household name the world over for taking food processing to a 

new level with the "Sledge-O-Matic," takes the stage for what will be Gallagher’s

 last performance in Phoenix. Doors open at 6 p.m.
