I've seen every Star Trek movie. I've seen all the TV shows. I love the franchise, and I feel pretty comfortable with it in J.J. Abrams hands. This movie finds the young crew forced to hunt a bad guy in Klingon territory. And you know how volatile those dang Klingons are. The bad guy is played by Benedict Cumberbatch (the BBC's 'Sherlock'). He's rapidly becoming one of my favorite actors. Chris Pine's a good Kirk, but Zachary Quinto as Spock is the best! They say a good action film will make a person eat their snacks fast. I was shoveling popcorn into my mouth from the opening scene! See it in 3D for sure, I'm hearing mixed things about the IMAX version. Click HERE for more reviews and showtimes!

The double bed may soon be a thing of the past with more and more couples choosing to sleep apart, research suggests.
A survey of 2,000 people showed lovers are increasingly inclined to bed down solo for a variety of reasons. The main reason for sleeping apart was stress, with 49% citing worries over money, work and family likely to keep them tossing and turning at night. A partner's snoring (30%) also had people creeping off to a bed of their own.
